• Details you provide in the bio data form: personal, education, profession, family and partner preferences
• Contact details: mobile number, email and family contact numbers
• Photos and your bio data document
• Account activity such as logins, likes and introduction requests

2. Why we collect it

We use your data only to provide our matchmaking service: to review your bio data, show it to suitable matched members (without contact details), arrange introductions and contact you about your account.

3. What other members can see

Matched members can see your age, height, education, profession, community, city, family background and photos as you choose. Your name, phone number, email address and family contact details are never shown to other members.

4. Your consent

By submitting the bio data form and ticking the consent box, you agree to this processing. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, after which your profile will be hidden.

5. How we protect your data

Data is stored on secure servers in India, with access limited to authorised team members. Access to contact details is logged. Passwords are encrypted.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When you leave or ask for deletion, your profile is hidden immediately and personal data is deleted within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw your consent
• Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer
